A Great Stay with Excellent Value I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located with easy access into central London and excellent public transport links, making it an ideal base for both business and leisure. The hotel has a lovely, quaint feel and is exceptionally clean. The property is clearly well maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. I didn't have the opportunity to try the restaurant, so I can't comment on the dining, but everything else met my expectations. I also noticed that the hotel is pet friendly, which is a great bonus for those travelling with their dogs. The only minor downside—and this isn't unique to this hotel—is the use of security hangers in the wardrobe, which can be a little frustrating when you're trying to quickly unpack or get dressed. Similarly, the iron is secured to the ironing board with a security feature that makes it a bit awkward to remove, use and put back. They're small details, but when you're in a hurry they can be slightly inconvenient. That said, these are very minor issues and certainly wouldn't stop me from staying here again. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily return on my next visit to London.

“Lovely friendly hotel”

This is our 3rd visit to this lovely hotel. My health has deteriorated since our last visit so as there is no lift I asked the receptionist for a ground floor, she was so helpful and gave us a lovely king size room on the ground floor with no questions asked. This is our 3rd visit to this lovely hotel. My health has deteriorated since our last visit so as there is no lift I asked the receptionist for a ground floor, she was so helpful and gave us a lovely king size room on the ground floor with no questions asked. Breakfast has a lot of options for buffet, hot and cold. The tube is only about a 5/6 minute walk which is ideal and there is also a bus top right outside the hotel. We would definitely stay here again especially as it is so easy to get into central London from there. Highly recommend.

Pro's: Good location, short walk to East Putney station, plenty of local shops, restaurants and bars Hotel has been recently renovated, it has modern features and clean Friendly staff Parking on site (£20 per night) Con's: Small rooms Have stayed here before on a number of occasions but this time I was allocated a room in the attic which was up 4 flights of stairs. The bathroom was a bath only and no shower cubicle. The room was at the front of the hotel and despite being high up there was consider traffic noise and vibrations from the main road! The road was busy all night. I was offered an alternative room with a shower but that was in the basement, it was even smaller and very claustrophobic.
