“Comfortable”
The room was small but comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spotless. Perfectly situated for walking into Richmond town and station. Easy, quick and efficient check in and out. I do feel WiFi should not be an extra. However, it was our second stay here and we will definitely stay here again.

“Perfect”
Great location very close to station, the green and town centre via snicket opposite by the church. Richmond Park 25 minute walk away and the river 5 minutes! Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. We arrived at noon for a walking tour and wanted to leave a bag in storage but there is no facility… more

“Excellent stay thanks to the Aircon in the room”
Booked the room because of the aircon facility due to the heat wave. The stay was excellent and very peaceful. No Luggage storage facility offered by hotel was a let down. The staff was very helpfull.

The location is perfect, few minutes walk into the centre of Richmond via the cut through opposite down the side of the church, and a maybe 20min to the Hill & Park.
