“Great service and atmosphere for plane spotters”
Great service for a very busy location. Cenovia was very efficient with taking and managing orders and ensured we had a lovely experience. Great value for money, though a limited menu. The views and atmosphere is second to none though.

“Basic comfort, and a long walk”
We arrived at the hotel and were helped with the self check-in, which was smooth. We received our room number and key, and started on our way there. We walked, and walked, and walked. “Extra charges to park your car.”
Due to a very early flight we booked the Thistle as it was extremely close to the Heathrow. We were not aware that it would cost £18 just to,park our car for 8hrs with only 1 disabled parking bay - which we could see . I am blue badged so that was a struggle to start with. No lift available… more
