“Great hotel”
Lovely hotel close to Heathrow, although not close so you can hear the planes. The POD (automatic transport) takes you from Terminal 5 straight to the hotel car park. Comfortable bed, breakfast is included which was very nice and staff were very helpful.

“The Thistle Rocks”
A wonderful relaxing change of pace after aggressively touring London and Cornwall. A needed stop before continuing our travel home.

“Frustrating customer experience”
My VAT invoice didn't match the amount I paid. Tried for a week now back and forths providing evidence as I require the invoice for a business expense. Still unresolved! Very poor customer experience. Lots of other hotels around that area that I will try next time.

“Beware there is no lift!!”
Clean, comfy and ideal for accessing the airport. The airport to hotel pod was an absolute godsend!
