“Excellent from start to finish”
Expensive but well worth the money our 3rd year staying at this hotel great atmosphere and location i excellent the rooms are 2nd to none just luvly very well presented and very clean no noise level noticed when we stayed and service as always excellent

“Surpassed expectation”
No faults. Exceptionally clean, good service. The location is great and the Q Park car park is a 2 minute walk. Will stay again.

Excellent location near train station. 5 minute walk. Canal St. nearby, in fact I had a nice view from my room. Friendly, welcoming check-in. Recognized immediately as Lifetime Diamond and provided upgrade. Cool wooden keys btw. First time I've seen this style! Hope USA gets them, too! Fant… more

“Excellent Guest Service”
Had a lovely Check in experience with Albert, who looked after us during our stay and made sure our benefits were exercised. Followed by Louis form the bar who catered to us out of his will and remembered us from our previous visit a couple months ago.
