“I would recommend highly, particularly because of the members of staff.”
Attentive, polite staff both on reception and in breakfast room. All very professional. Room is cosy and clean. Just right for a short stay. Excellent location.

“Great hotel”
Really nice comfortable hotel. Very convenient for the trams etc. Special shout out to Geoff (hotel security) such a lovely guy who looked out for us whilst we had to hang around waiting for a food delivery that didn't arrive for 2hrs!!.

“Wouldn’t stay here again”
Good location. The hotel is very dated and definatly not 4*. We had 2 room keys only one worked. Wrong information given about parking so cost more than if we had booked offsite parking.
