“Great location”
Great location, great apartment. Have improved the pillows since our last stay. Was very hot when we stayed and with flappy windows and sun beaming in, it got quite hot (stayed during May half term heat wave) so maybe some fans might be useful. However ice in the freezer was a nice touch

Amazing check in process with meet and greet, lovely apartment block and amazing 2 bedroom apartment on the 24th floor with great views and everything you needed. Lovely large comfortable and airy apartment. Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice gym. Helpful staff. I stay here a lot. Great value for money.

“Functional but soulless”
The meet and greet experience is off putting (meet me outside Sainsburys to collect the keys?!) but totally legit and the service was very friendly.
