“Super apartment”

Great apartment! Very clean, very central and quiet. No hassle checking in/out, very clear instructions. Super hot, but a fan provided. Overall a great stay

“Excellent apartment in superb location”

This is an excellent apartment. This is an excellent apartment. Location is superb within a few yards from Shulehill tram stop, one stop away from Manchester Victoria and about 20-25 mins from Old Trafford where I was watching some cricket.. Very fine facilities. On-site managers are very helpful, particularly when I was shown how to work the washing machine! There are sleep issues for early or late sleepers. You are in the magnificent Northern Quarter but you won't get much sleep before 11pm and (because blinds do not exclude early morning sunlight) after 7-8am.

Good points: Showers were very good Apartment was clean and tidy Secure property. Lift worked well. Washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher all worked. Bad points: Although a central location it was extremely noisy. We were on the fifth floor and even with the windows shut we still struggled to sleep with noise. Unfortunately we went at the hottest time of the year and was forced to keep windows open so we got very little sleep. They did provide a fan for the apartment but with two bedrooms this was not adequate. Although the property had decent features, it was very run down and tired. The flooring in the kitchen was not flat, and the floor by couch was extremely scratched. There were lots of marks on the walls. The refrigerator did not work well at first and we had to dump food due to it not being cold. We did manage to fix this by the end of the week. Door handles were coming off the hinges. The couch though looking good was not very comfortable. The beds were passable to the rest of my family though I found them quite hard. We were told to leave any rubbish bags in the hallway for them to deal with. They were rarely collected. A dedicated place to put the bags would have been so much better. We did not have any where to air clothes that we had washed - when requested they provided an airer. Of the three TVs in the apartment only 2 had remotes. The one in the master bedroom had no remote and so could not be used.
