“Late check-in, warm welcome”
Checked in late after a long days travel to receive a room upgrade and a free drink. The latter of which was served by Tracy, who was very welcoming and kind. I’d highly recommend a visit here.

I have stayed on several occasions and the Alan always is a good place to stay, the rooms are clean and modern but the bath filler in all the rooms i have stayed in are always broken, the breakfast is superb and the hotel could not be better sited for a visit to Manchester
