“Issue resolved by fantastic staff!!”
I had an issue with the booking via Hotels.com which meant I had nowhere to stay. Viktoria and Kyaw were fantastic helping me with the refund and booking directly with them. Huge thanks to them both!! The hotel is lovely as is the Spa. All staff were super friendly and helpful.

“Couples night in Edwardian”
Lovely customer service without a doubt a gentleman called Raf pushed the service to another level, noise level or should I say sound (as there was no noise) was minimal, and amenities were good and clean. Overall, brilliant location, great stay for a solo trip or business.
