“Good value hotel”

The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. This time they were very kind in helping me resolve a problem I had at check-in (not caused by the hotel). “No hot water and poor customer service”
Room was fine and the lady who checked me in accommodated my request for a quiet room. There was no hot water when I checked in so couldn’t freshen up after work before going out for the evening. Again the next morning no hot water so unable to shower before work. Staff were apologetic but didn’t … more
