“Best of a bad situation”
The team in the restaurant were amazing, Kelly,Giovanna and Ricky could not do enough to ensure the customers felt welcomed. We have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years when attending Reggaeland. The staff are amazing, especially Kelly and Giovanna who are rushed off their feet at breakfast, they keep smiling and are helpful. The bad issues are being dealt with by the hotel but there was alot of GOOD things about it.
