“Surprisingly great stay”
Lovely nights stay with a comfy bed and a great breakfast- all staff were very friendly. Pancakes were fantastic! My 10 year old daughter loved the pool - swimming lesson for babies restricted space a little… Great stay

“Welcoming staff. Good value on Groupon”
A lovely welcome from all the staff. Hotel is dated but the staff are full of energy and smiling which makes up for the decor! Breakfast was plentiful even at the end of the time with a good selection. Hannah in the restaurant is exceptional, a real delight with a huge smile

Just spent a lovely weekend at this hotel in Newbury. Staff were all pleasant. Rooms were clean & air con was a blessing, bed comfortable. Bathroom was clean but needed a little modernisation.
