“Excellent reception staff, appalling barstaff”
The reception staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate. Unfortunately we were not told that it was necessary to place the card on the door for the room to be serviced. The rooms are comfortable and well looked after. We didn’t have any hot water for the duration of our stay so couldn’t shower.
