“Airport stay”
Our booking started off as a nightmare for some reason our booking had been cancelled, we were greeted by Bruno on reception who was just fantastic! He sorted the problem within 5 minutes, he is an absolute credit to Novotel and would make a great manager!

“Modern and Friendly”
Brilliant hotel, super easy check in and had a very comfy and tidy room. Very modern and good amenities. Good location for restaurants and hadrians wall. Nice bar with a stunning pint of Stella 🍺☺️

Stayed 4 nights. Very clean and tidy room with plenty of hot water and good shower above the bath albeit tricky to get in and out of for aging people.
