“Fantastic Hotel great food and service”

Second time we have stayed here within past two months. Staff are unbelievably helpful, friendly. Our room that we were firstly allocated was unsuitable due to many flights of stairs. Stayed here for a shopping trip in Newcastle. It’s my second time staying here. It’s a great hotel for the price. A little dated but very clean and comfortable. It has a nice bar and the breakfast was good although the bacon could have done with being cooked a bit more. Would definitely recommen… more
