“A Norwich delight”

“Comfort before work”
As always, a top team at Mercure Norwich making my stay that much better. A nice treat to sleep in comfort before heading to work. Check-in was smooth and professional, and the checkout process was spot on. Great service all round.

“Really pleasant stay”
Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms are comfortable. Staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond.
