The hotel is very centrally located with its own car park. Our room was a good size and clean and looked out over the front of the hotel. The bar area was very good, but we were disappointed with the Club Lounge which did not provide breakfast. The food offerings in the evening were quite limited. Overall, the Club Lounge was poor value. We would stay in the hotel again.

Lovely little stop over with Lady Emm as we were going to see The Wonder Stuff at Rock City. Absolutely brilliant location with car parking if you are visiting Nottingham or going to a gig. Staff were super friendly, helpful and reliable, really made the difference to our stay. We didn't have dinner but did have some night bites with our complimentary anniversary drinks ( thank you ) after the gig. The guy who brought our food over was so lovely, asking about our night, plans for the next day etc, he really gave the hotel that , your welcome here feel ❤️ If we are going to be piccy id say the rooms are a little small with nowhere to put your luggage but we worked round that and it didnt detract from a fabulous time And breakfast was great 👍 Five big stars from us 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 --------------------------------------

We stayed at the crowne plaza and were greeted by James. Very pleasant conversation. The hotel smelled great. Huge indoor area for food, bar and tvs for football. The room was great too, massive bed and sky tv, free tea and coffee. Bathroom was clean and tidy too, they use normal loo roll and not sheets like premier inn! Room also had air con too View from our hotel room was pretty nice too. £18 to park for 24hrs to park in car park linked to hotel. Little steep. Hotel room service too, food to your door but limited menu. Overall will definitely use again if we venture up to Nottingham again!

I've previously enjoyed two positive experiences at your hotel, which led me to book a third spa treatment through Spabreaks. However, this visit was disappointing. Upon arrival for lunch, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled, despite it being included in my spa package and confirmed via text and email. While the spa staff were excellent, the experience was lacking compared to my previous visit just a month prior (no slippers provided). I was told this was due to a different package, even though I booked the same one as before. The limited number of therapists resulted in an incomplete second massage, which was no fault of the overworked therapist. The lunch and dinner menus were the same as my last visit, but the food quality had declined. A waiter even attempted to gaslight me regarding a soup order, despite the clear difference in ingredients from my previous experience. Furthermore, the hotel room was uncomfortably cold due to malfunctioning heating. I also witnessed a disturbing incident of racial hostility in the elevator - this really made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. While the value for money, food quantity, and exceptional staff were appreciated, these issues have unfortunately led me to decide against future visits to the Crowne Plaza Nottingham. Three times is enough, and I will be exploring other options.
