“Great Customer Service”
First time we stay in this Premier Inn in Nottingham, the location great place where it is, access to bars, restaurants and the shops. “Let down by little details”
Perfect location for a concert at the Royal concert hall. As always the room, food etc were OK, let down by having to ask for a second towel (room booked for 2 but only 1 towel). The car park charge at Mount Rd NCP is now £14 not the £12 stated on premier inn's site.
