“Great stay.”
A good location, 4 tram stops from the station, 100 yard walk to hotel. Wi fi was spot on, no problem at all. “St George’s Day weekend”
The room was great the staff were fantastic the only issue I had was the TV on the TV. The TV Guide did not work so you could not scroll through the TV to find something to watch and the USB port on one side of the bed did not work

“Staff were a credit to the hotel!”
Staff members couldn’t do enough for me . They all were so polite and helpful especially Shannon on Reception and not forgetting the Boss man whose name I didn’t get.

“Overall ok but with major let downs”
Location good, rooms good, staff good. Breakfast poor in selection and quality, you are better going out to find somewhere decent. Free WiFi non existent, in this day and age WiFi should be free and fast.
