“Very nice afternoon tea”
A really nice location and ambience to the place. A little hassle initially when booking but rescued by Campbell in a lovely call. Then when we arrived, cream tea all ready, including special requests, and with good service from Kshitij during service.

Great location for the centre of Oxford. Close to restaurants and bars, easy walking to Westgate shopping centre. Nice room too.

“An average hotel with friendly staff.”
There were issue with the bathroom door and ironing board which were attended to. The shower door wouldn't close properly which we didn't report. Car parking is limited and very expensive. Location is great for central Oxford
