I stopped by for the day with my family, the valet service was amazing in the middle of the city travelling in with my elderly parents was made a lot easier with Harry’s help he was extremely accommodating and very helpful, providing 5* service which the whole family really appreciated. “Kunal excellent customer service”
Had a problem with tv not working in room when England playing World Cup game. Team member Kunal was brilliant and so helpful. Ended up changing rooms and all sorted easily. Excellent customer service.
