“Definitely reccomend”
Hospitality is excellent Ged and Claire are lovely people and make your stay memorable. Would reccomend to anyone who wants a break in paignton with a homely touch.

“CLOSE TO BEACH & AMENITIES!”
Lovely room & breakfast. Close to amenities. Claire and Ged are a lovely couple. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Would highly recommend. They always go over and above to make us so welcome. A HUGE THANKS!

“Perfect location for your beach holiday”
We had a lovely weekend staying at the Beaches, Preston sands. Ged was a great host, from the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and at home in their lovely BnB. “4 night stay in Paignton”
We checked in around 4pm on a Monday. 1 of the owners(Jed) set us up in our room and explained how all things work at the venue. Our bed including the choice of pillows were very comfortable.
