Super location. Very welcoming and friendly. Rooms clean and quiet. Exceptional service. Very good value. Will definitely return.

“Lovely B&B with great host”
Lovely warm, clean, tidy and friendly B&B - highly recommended. Set 'out of town' in a quiet part of Paignton but a short walk to the harbour and a bit further on into town - perfect for us. “Great place to stay”
The hosts Peter and Jerry are so friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. Breakfast was lush as well. Thank you Peter and Jerry for a great stay. We'll be coming back 🙂

“More than 5 star.”
Can only echo all the other reviews of this lovely b&b. Everything is as others reviews. Dog friendly. Off road parking. Breakfast is so tasty. Peter and Jerry cannot do enough to make your stay as wonderful as possible. Only a short walk from the harbour and loads of places that are dog friendly.

“Well above Average”
Comfortable and nicely appointed room and welcoming hosts with a good breakfast. Parking bit limited. Definitely recommended.
