Had a fantastic time in Plymouth at the Leonardo Hotel, Jack was a fantastic bartender and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

“Observation”
Great stay. Only concern as we arrived one of the reception team was shivering due to the automatic doors made the area cold, manager in a jacket was warm enough. Please consider changing the the uniform to allow to wear a jacket and not be cold

Booked for a night to visit Plymouth University. Perfect location for the uni, shops, eateries and close to the harbour.
