“Amazing experience”
Very friendly staff had a nice warm welcome on check in matt very warm and welcoming. Took time out his busy day to make sure im ok. Even advised on places to visit. Hotel very clean. Food was also great

“Preston Central July 2026”
Reception staff were very welcoming and really helpful. The hotel was clean, the rooms were also clean and comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Very good location for access to shops, restaurants, railway station and points of interest. Would recommend this hotel.

“Hire more staff!”
I've stayed here before and it was fine, but saw a huge difference on my recent trip. Room door was open when I checked in (at 1830 so not a surprise early check in), bathroom bin was not emptied from the previous guest, very little toilet paper and some spinach in the sink (!)
