“Smart, modern hotel in a convenient location”
A very modern hotel, with a smart reception and warm welcome from the concierge Marissa. Very comfortable bed and pillow, very good shower. Well located for an easy walk to Reading station.

“Great hotel”
Great hotel, really friendly staff (especially Marissa who went above and beyond and was extremely helpful at the check-in process) and good food. The location is also very convenient. I have stayed at Novotel Reading Centre multiple times and it has always been a great experience. Highly recommend.

Marissa and Raquel at Reading Novotel were super helpful when we arrived after a difficult journey. Made us both feel welcome and able to relax for a lovely weekend visit. “Staff willing to help guests”
I am grateful for all the help from Marissa and Raquel on my arrival. I arrived on an extra early morning flight and out of the regular check in window. They managed to accommodate me and made my day a lot easy. Thank you, Marissa & Raquel!

“Very welcoming reception.”
A very welcoming reception and Marissa and Raquel were both very helpful and knowledgeable. A really good stay. The room was a bit ‘tired’ so 4 rather than a 5 star.
