“First class”
Very welcoming, friendly helpful staff. Excellent. Room, ( up graded on arrival, without having to ask.) Breakfast very tasty egg royal cooked to perfection. Would use again.

“Amazing afternoon tea”
We had a wonderful afternoon tea at Malmaison Reading. Diana, our server, was super friendly and helpful making the experience even more enjoyable. The savoury food was unusual for an afternoon tea but really good. I particularly liked the creme brulee and my mum liked the toffee scone.

“Great bar service”
Shout out to Sophie and Isaac for great service in the bar. Mojito was perfectly balanced. It was busy, but they were super efficient in getting drinks out. Would recommend 👍🏻
