“Very good given the mixed reviews”
Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great choices at breakfast. Only stayed one night but will defiantely stay here again very central to rail links to London and car parking with Q park was very easy, even had discount as we were staying in hotel.

“nice hotel”
Stylish and modern like these warehouse converted hotels. It is good to see they have their own in house kitchen. The buffet food definitely looks good. Apart from that, I don't get why the bed side plugs are on the corner near the ground.

“Great hotel but please tone it down with the marketing!”
You'd have thought in 2026, businesses would have learned by now, the whole pressure sales / harassing emails and texts just puts people right off. Especially given most of these bookings are made via third party sites these days (Expedia, Booking-dot-com etc) - and so we're already getting bombar… more

“The couple across the hall had a great night…very thin walls”
