“Great for a special event”
We used this venue for a funeral for my father and is was excellent in every way. The food, staff service, efficiency, comfort and helpful and empathetic approach was top notch

“Great place to stay”
Recently modernised and is pleasant and clean and comfortable. Spa was excellent- 18m pool, jacuzzi, saunas, steam room, ice room. Food was good.

“A highly recommended spa day.”
My daughter and I had a wonderful relaxing spa day at the Norton Grange on 8 April. We used the gym, pools, saunas and steam rooms and finished our day with treatments (back, neck and shoulder massage and a facial). “Excellent customer service”
We booked a conference room to hold a difficult conversation with some of our customers. Carol K made sure the room was available even changing the timing at short notice. Nothing was too much trouble for her. All the preparations were done and the room was set up perfectly.
