“Exceptional staff”
Exceptionally responsive and pleasant staff , from reception to housekeeping to bar to restaurant. Breakfasts good, rooms well thought out and comfortable. Little details like ready supply of tea bags etc available in reception. Didn’t like windows not opening but this was made clear on booking!

“Excellent Stay”
Solo traveler but joined family at the hotel. We were all greeted by Rowan and received an excellent check in experience and at the bar. My room 401 was fantastic. Will definitely be back in the future.

Great friendly team in Tunbridge Nice relaxed Atmosphere in the dinning bar area. My room was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for business or site seeing Tunbridge.
