“Amazing hotel best ever”
All the staff where amazing the room was out of this world the food was incredible. “A great stay”
A very pleasant experience from start to finish even though our room on the third floor was very warm. A fan had been provided which was appreciated. Nathan checked us in and couldn't have been more helpful he was very efficient and friendly. The room was very clean and had some welcome touches.… more

“An enjayable stay in Tunbridge Wells”
The hotel staff and sevice was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. I have dropped a star, the reason being we were staying at the hotel during the very hot period. “A comfortable hotel with good access ideal for a garden tour of Kent and Sussex”
My room had superb views and a comfortable bed. Dinner was excellent as was breakfast. The service was good in the restaurant and bar primarily with young uniformed staff.
