“Great place to base your experience of Rye on. Full of praise for it.”
We stayed for two nights at the Lookout. It was a really nice stay. Comfortable, clean, but also quirky( in a good way) and characterful as a place to stay. The staff were excellent. Welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is a fine location in central Rye with everything accessible.

“Lovely stay”
We really enjoyed our stay here from the moment we arrived until when left. There's a very friendly welcoming atmosphere, the reception also serves as the bar and part of the breakfast experience which i really liked as it wasn't formal or stuffy. “Great Hotel in Central Rye”
We stayed one night for the Scallop festival and it was the perfect base. Great central location, friendly staff and beautiful, newly renovated rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay
