“Sammy helped me so kindly!!”
Having met Sammy on reception, she was so helpful and a joy to speak to! I had a nightmare of logistics, but she helped me so calmly - got me in touch with the right taxis (even calling on my behalf). Honestly we need more Sammys! She has been so kind and really went above and beyond!!!!

“New refresh deco and confortable bed”
Confortable room and bed . Good price and new deco. All very clean. Walking distance to town.

“Value of money”
I was there this weekend with my family . Room was clean and tidy. There wasn’t any disturbance. Staff was very friendly .

“Nice place to stay in St Austell”
Walking distance to the city centre (but there are a LOT of steep hills to get up). Room was spacious and clean. Good choice of breakfast stuff. Staff were polite and helpful. We were there when they were showing the England match at 1.00 in the morning and didn't get disturbed by noise.

“No bread for breakfast”
By 9am on a Sunday morning they had run out of bread for breakfast but refused to go and buy some from Tescos Express next door
