“Very pleasant stay”
Stayed for 2 nights, Simon and Dominic made us very welcome, rooms clean with all you need and the breakfast is great, excellent value for money, great location too only 4 miles to adgestone vineyard and plenty within walking distance

“A wonderful B & B”
The Avenue is in a quiet street and is near to the main bus stops, train station and seafront. The father and son owners were extremely welcoming and friendly offering us coffee on our arrival and telling us all about the area and suggesting an introductory walk we should do. “Lovely place, fantastic hosts”

“Good value for money, great hosts. Needs updating and a deep clean”
Overall great hosts, and good value for money. However, the it is in need of a deep clean. The furniture is outdated and the mattress's need to be changed. Breakfast is made from cheap ingredients. Enough parking for guests and very welcoming hosts.
