Reception staff were super friendly and helpful, made to feel very welcome. A nice building in a top location. Room spotless, bed super comfy, good bathroom and shower. Comfortable hotel in heart of Sheffield. Plentiful local eateries. If it had a restaurant we didn't;t see it - there seemed to only be a very restrictive bar menu.

“Great location for city hall”
Very pleasant check in and our room was clean and very comfortable. Room had a bath and shower we visited on a Monday so didn’t have any noise concerns from nearby bars etc. This place is in a great location and very close to City Hall. “Disappointing to be honest. Stayed here last weekend. Rooms were average at best, I could have booked a travel inn and not notic”
Room was average at best. I paid £160 which is not cheap and did expect a nicer room. It was a weekend which I appreciate and really noisy until after 1am. They did move my room from the back to the front when I asked but it was still very noisy. Would not book here again I'm afraid. You could arg… more
