I spent one night at the Leopold Hotel for work as needed to be in Sheffield. The carpark was a few minutes walk away but very easy to reach. The check-in from 2pm was an excellent benefit and very easy. Room was clean, modern and had everything I needed. Additionally it had an extremely comfortable bed. Location was also good. I highly recommend ths hotel!

“Faulty Toilet and Water temperature issues”

I booked the Leopold Hotel in Sheffield for two nights, 4 - 6th April for my mother and younger sister as they were visiting me. I stayed down in the Moor at my uni accommodation at the time. The hotel room was clean, well-stocked and enchanting in its aesthetic. It was a lovely place and my sister and mother really enjoyed how accessible everything was, the staff were also lovely and accommodating when my sister had a feminine accident. We did have some issues such as the flushing of the toilet, for some reason it was incredibly difficult to flush, the button was quite stiff to push against and also toilet paper would not flush down the toilet. My mother, bless her, was worried she may have a missed a possible sign that might’ve suggested not to put tissue in the toilet and removed the soiled toilet paper herself. After throughly checking I found no such sign, so I was worried we might’ve broken it. After reporting it to the reception, the staff had a check and told me that he couldn’t find any faults but acknowledged that it was very difficult to push the flush button. It was still an issue after to flush the toilet paper down the toilet as it refused to budge so we had to resort to throwing them in the bin. Our only other issue was the water, we didn’t report it as once again, I didn’t stay at the hotel and additionally, my mother prefers cold showers. But my younger sister said that the hot water was a little temperamental and that her baths felt quite cold. They stayed in 119.
