Smooth check in, friendly staff in reception and the restaurant. Elena was welcoming and friendly in at breakfast.

Really nice, affordable stay. Breakfast was great. Elena was very friendly. Only slight surprise was that it’s roughly 1.5miles from Heathrow T5- when booking we assumed it was in walking distance due to the name of hotel- but we could’ve checked that ourselves. Overall good experience.

“Good hotel”
Hotel was great friendly people at the check in desk. Uber ride to Heathrow was around £20/£30. Hotel room very nice. Didn’t have time to have the breakfast but was included. Only downfall about the hotel was the bar /nightclub next to the hotel was EXTREMELY LOUD so I did struggle to sleep.
