“Nice staff, nice hotel, clean, good food”
Really nice experience right from the beginning - box of treats for the kids at reception which helped whilst checking in ! Room great, clean and comfy, food really nice, and staff were great, nothing too much trouble. Had a lovely waitress whilst there who couldn’t do enough for us. Friendly tea… more

“few days visiting windsor”
booked for 3 nights to visit Royal Windsor A lovely pleasant girl called Renata helped & checked us in for breakfast .. talked about Windsor & the Castle .. would definitely recommend this hotel

“Service with a smile”
Second time to this hotel. Room clean and tidy. Food was fantastic. Francesco the staff member was so nice to us both. Very accommodating and funny. Good customer service.

“Happy experience”
Lovely location, central for everything we wanted to do before taking our friends to Heathrow. Staff all very welcoming and happy to see you. Renata was very helpful in the dining room and was always happy to help. Thank you

A Premier Inn advocate, you always know what your getting. This hotel provided the expected comfortable and clean beds and the staff were friendly efficient.
