“Stoke Place trip”

“Hotel was nice but tired and rooms need updating.”
Nice hotel until I came into room though wall paper coming of walls in room, bedside tables badly chipped dead spider and big moth in my bathroom before I came in. Every staff member talks English but spoke in their own language. And we’re arguing
