“Good location.Clean room.”
The hotel is in a great location,easy for the town centre & shops nearby too. The carpark is on the doorstep & is great value for money. “Family- one night trip. A****”
10 min walk to West Quays so great location. Family room was spacious enough. Meal deal is excellent value and the food was hot, fresh and good portion sizes. Rooms are clean and comfy. We parked in Grovenor Car Park which is less than a minute's walk - £11 24 hours.

“Complete overhaul of building inside and outside”
On our initial arrival at 5pm, we found the staff very attentive. But negative things started to appear.
