“Great location, friendly staff.”
Great location. Quiet, room clean and comfortable. Breakfast plentiful and the staff were extremely helpful with food intolerance. Dinner was hot and service good. Would stay again.

Hotel is located in a central location to stay and go around the city by foot and the family room suits very well. friendly staff is a perk.

“Not as good as City Centre”
This is an immediate comparison with the nearby City Centre Premier Inn where I have been for the last 2 weeks. I wish I was at the City Centre location where the staff are friendlier. “Tired and needs refurbishment”
The place looks tired and urgently in need of a refurbishment. There was a smell in our room and in the corridor. The carpet in the room was not clean, the decor faded and tired, and the room did not feel welcoming. In its favour, the bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.
