We came up to watch my partners brother in Henry the V at Royal Shakespeare Theatre. It’s a great location close to Stratford Upon Avon. 3 miles away easy access by car. Venue is absolutely stunning! Staff are really lovely. We stayed in the executive rooms. So spacious and airy. Bed is really comfy. The breakfast was lovely the first day, Catherine served us and she was so helpful. We got everything we needed. Nothing was to much trouble for her. Second day however on the Sunday morning, no croissants and no plates! Orange juice was watery. Although this was changed when I pointed it out. But breakfast should have everything. I ended up having toast. So was a little disappointed at that. The only thing this venue needs is lighting at night!! We came back at 11pm and no lighting outside at all until you are at the door! Pitch black, This needs to be considered. Especially if I was a woman travelling alone. But overall was stunning and would stop again. Very good value for money!

What a gem of a hotel. Gorgeous seating area outside for drinks. Staff all very courteous and helpful. Evening meal and breakfast were delicious. The hotel room was lovely. Very clean. Comfortable beds and lovely cotton bed sheets. Coffee and tea available in room. New carpets. Bathroom was good with bath, shower overhead, with white cotton towels. There is nothing not to like at this hotel. A few miles from Stratford upon Avon but plenty to do in the village. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Lovely big en-suite room, clean and good facilities. Not far from Stratford Uppn Avon. Breakfast and evening meal was excellent and would like to thank Harvey Max and Sharug for their hospitality. I would like to say thank you to Jamie and Nadiya for keeping our room clean. We would have given it 5 stars but we had an attic room and there was no garden view.

Hotel booked as it enabled us to meet up with some friends we haven't seen in many years. When we arrived, a seminar was being held and as a result, the huge car park was full to capacity but we found a solitary space in a satellite area, unloaded and walked a few yards to reception. Checking in was fast thanks to the pleasant receptionist who was efficient, friendly and we were directed to our room, located in an adjacent building. Room was a good size with all the facilities you expect these days. Clean, bright and welcoming. Having tidied ourselves, we headed back to the reasonably well stocked bar to meet our friends (who had their furry friend with them - a major plus for choosing this hotel was their willingness to cater for dogs) and began our catchup. Having the dog meant we didn't eat in the main restaurant but used a similar room which was more suitable for those with pets. Service was quick, prices pretty good and our meals 3 x fish and chips with 1 x chicken & ham pie, 4 coffees with a couple of bottles of wine reasonably priced at less than £40pp which included a tip, I did feel that the portions could have been a bit larger but the quality could not be faulted. The overnight stay was good and the bed though comfortable, felt almost like a waterbed as you tended to wallow in it each time you moved. A good nights sleep nevertheless. Breakfast next morning was a bit disappointing in having a poor choice and appearing pretty low in what they did have. Adequate would be the best description regarding choice although quality again shone through. Booking out, again an easy activity and our best summary closing summary is "would we go back"? The answer being "Almost certainly"
