“Nice 👍🏼 ”
The Paramount has easy access to the Railway station, bus station, town centre, supermarket, Cineworld and restaurants. It has a gym below which is cheapest in Swindon. Good location and approach roads are great.

“WORN AND SEVERAL PROBLEMS”
There are lots of apartments used for short lets in this building and knowing people who have used them before and have given good feedback I decided to use them.
