“Great receptionist”
Receptionist was amazing when we checked in on 3rd April. Going out if her way to help people. Food very tasty at dinner and breakfast. It just took a while to get our food at dinner.

Stayed here for business and prefer it to the Premier Inn at Bury St Edmonds. Car park is bigger, less vans, trucks and large vehicles, windows open and staff more obliging. “Unusually, not that great.”
Premier inn usually pretty good, this time not so great. Room ventilation had a very annoying whine whurrrr that changed pitch and never switched off making it kinda hard to sleep. Informed staff, couldntwouldnt move us and advised nothing they could do so try sticking tissues in ears.. right, than… more
