We go here often while working at excel. James has always been very accommodating and very friendly. We once had an issue where the pluming had an issue and rooms were out of service which was not the hotels fault. “Travelodge London Excel”
James on reception / bar was awesome, very helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Made the stay. Hotel was clean, happy hour was great. Warm in room, but 2 fans so that was good. Comfy bed.
