I traveled to London, and to be precise to this hotel before the pandemic for important business trips. I travel a lot throughout the year, and honestly, I struggle to remember the details and exact dates. However, after the covid restrictions lifted, I took another important business trip to London, and I chose to stay at the Leonardo Hotel London Watford.It was late December a few years ago. and because of the cold period I had lower prices. Even though I've traveled to a lot of hotels, I find the quality of the stays at the Leonardo Hotel London Watfordvirtually unsurpassed (As i come from a poor area of Afghanistan i am always impressed by the high level hotels service). The hotel is very elegant with a nice spacious entrance. The location is 20–30 kilometers from Buckingham Palace and Big Ben; however, there is a train station that allows for easy and quick access to central London. One of the reasons I appreciate this hotel is its excellent value for money, which is particularly favorable for someone like me who needs to stay in London for an extended period; the Leonardo Hotel London Watford is significantly cheaper than hotels in the city center,and it is a very relaxing hotel, suitable for business travelers.One aspect I want to mention is the kindness of the staff: years ago, while staying at the Leonardo Hotel London Watford, I lost my phone, and the staff returned it to me (the issue wasn't the money, but the numbers it contained and other important documents; the problem wasn't buying a new phone in pounds or euros). Another act of kindness I experienced during my recent trip to London happened at the bar: I was due to meet some people,two clients, to be exact, and was worried they couldn't to enter the hotel. Instead, I was easily able to treat them to drinks and chat with them inside the bar at the Leonardo Hotel London Watford, and the bartender explained to me that even though they weren't guests, I could bring them to the hotel bar. I stayed for over a week in hotel for work reasons and my working conditions were tiring as I had to wander around the city for many hours a day for meeting people, and also because the journey to London was very long, so due to the biting cold of the London winter (The climate is cold, very humid and the rain is persistent) and the fact that I spent almost the whole day moving around the city and sometimes even outside of London, I returned to the hotel in the evening exhausted and very cold; The room was clean, great decor, but above all the room was quiet with good curtains, i can remember a large tv e a marble bathroom with a good shower. I really appreciated the quality of my night's sleep. especially since I am visiting as a business traveler with a hectic schedule, the quality of rest and the comfort of the bed are the most important things during a business trip. The bed luxury and the wide white duvet were the motivation as I returned to the room in the evening after a long day at work; what a beautiful white duvet! It was very thick and incredibly soft, helping to rest and relax; and the bed and the big white duvet create a cozy and inviting environment, transforming the hotel room into a warm refuge after a cold day spent in the city; I spent relaxing evenings in the comfortable bed reading a book or working on the computer and the internet connection was excellent, All the details made for a wonderful night's sleep, I slept many hours during the night resting in the best possible way. The breakfast was much better than expected, it was plentiful and with excellent coffee with many varieties of good savoury food and good croissants, and I found good breakfast essential for the working day. I'll conclude by saying that I had a tiring business trip, made even more pleasant by the perfect hospitality I received on this subsequent visit.. If I ever return to London for a business trip, I will definitely return there
