Fab stay 2 nights room was spacious we had a suite for 3 adults and it was perfectly adequate It’s the little touches for me scarves and mints champagne / fruit juice at check in but more importantly the staff So helpful pheasant I want to pick out the breakfast team in particular They couldn’t do more for you and always with a smile felt like royalty and they remembered we were at the concert too Would not hesitate to return or recommend thank you ☺️

Check in was very professional but did lack a bit of warmth. A little bit robotic. The room was excellent but the view poor but that’s not really the hotels fault as so many new buildings block the view from the window but in this room it was an inside view and looked on the other hotel rooms, so a very poor view. TV is a large 65 inch LG which has a good quality picture and has many sports channels including Sky Sports and apps like YouTube and Netflix. No fridge however but the WiFi was fast and stable. An electric socket, USB-C and USB ports next to the bed. One of the USB-C ports however wasn’t working so I used the electric socket. The bathroom was average size and had a shaving mirror but it wasn’t lighted and the lighting was not that good so I think the shave mirror needs a backlight. Shower water pressure was poor and hot water only warm and needs to be slightly warmer in my opinion to enjoy the shower. The shower was over a bath and personally prefer a separate shower cabinet. The hotel provides Crabtree & Evelyn Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Gel Wash which are good quality products. The Executive Lounge food was excellent but the Diet Coke’s were warm even though they were stored in a fridge. I assume they had not been in the fridge long and maybe not stocked over night to allow them to be cold. The Executive Lounge is large so plenty of room if it gets busy. Breakfast was nice but very basic. Overall I was happy with my stay and the hotel upgraded my room due to being a Hilton Diamond member. Mobile phone networks worked well in the room but as the WiFi was that good you don’t really need good data coverage on your phone. The bed was very comfortable and you get two pillows so it’s easy to sleep well. The hotel has good sound proofing as you can’t hear any noise from outside. The area has plenty of shops and there is a new Tesco small supermarket next to the hotel now and lots of outlet designer shops like North Face, Nike and other sports shops. Lots of restaurants including many fast food chains. The area is safe in the day but be careful at night. The rate for this hotel is very much set on the events at Wembley Stadium and the arena and room rates can be up to £2,000 ($2,700) per night especially if bands like Oasis and Bon Jovi are playing a set of concerts. Please make sure you check the cancellation policy before you book because this hotel sometimes requires a 21 day cancellation period even when making a flexible reservation and therefore if you can after this period has passed you won’t get a refund if you cancel the reservation. The stadium is not far from the hotel. This is not really a 5 star luxury hotel to charge such high rates but they get away with it as people want to stay close to the stadium as the train and underground system can’t cope with the number of people when 80,000 to 90,000 people are at a concert in the stadium and all leave at the same time.
