I made an error on the type of room I booked for a customer, as soon as I realised I reached out to Drashti Shah and she rectified it for me straight away without hesitation and was very polite. Thank you Drashti Shah I really appreciate your assistance on this issue.

The hotel is modern with a nice comfortable bed and soft feather (like?) pillows, no bath but a double sized shower. It has the usual toiletries, shower gel, shampoo and soap in large pumps. The hotel is modern with a nice comfortable bed and soft feather (like?) pillows, no bath but a double sized shower. It has the usual toiletries, shower gel, shampoo and soap in large pumps. We liked the 3 cartons of complimentary water, and plenty of milk, with the tea, sugar and coffee sachets. The room was nice and dark, no light bleed from the curtains. Our 13 year old daughter slept on the single sized sofa bed with no problems, however she is petite, the sofa bed wouldn’t be suitable for a medium sized adult. We travelled down in our car and used the underground carpark, this is signposted, once we got to the barrier we pressed the button for assistance. We were met by a curt sounding female who advised us to park in Novotel zero. Both my husband and I heard the instruction, but there was no zero! Therefore we parked in a space designated for Novotel guests, there were around 8 spaces free. The carpark charge is £25 for 24 hours and you must pay either on the app shown or in the lobby as you enter the hotel from the carpark, easy to do, but you have to do this within 20 minutes of arrival to avoid a £100 fine. We liked that the hotel was only 10 minutes away from the M1, great for commuting. We did not particularly like the Wembley Park area, certainly not authentic, full of high rise apartments, but great for us as it was around the corner from Starlight Express, our evening show. Breakfast was nice, apart from the bacon being undercooked and the scrambled egg looked unappetising, it was mushy and sloppy, I watched other diners also passing over this dish. All in all a nice clean modern hotel, with friendly staff ( apart from the female on the intercom!) Would recommend to anyone visiting the Wembley area, but if you are a tourist wanting to be in the centre of London, then this isn’t the right vibe, and does not project the real authentic atmosphere of London city.

As large "chain" or "transit" hotels go, there is usually nothing to separate them in terms of facilities and service. This one is different and we found the rooms better provided and more comfortable than most. The staff were helpful, and accommodating and the service was good. The room was spotless and well serviced. The restaurant menu was very interesting and the food was tasty and well cooked. If criticism I have its concerns the bar and restaurant area itself which doesn't work in my opinion. It's a messy layout that does not separate diners from drinkers and it is simply not welcoming. It needs a more atmospheric presence to attract diners.
