A Reliable Sanctuary for Leisure and Business: The Novotel London Wembley is an outstanding hotel that consistently delivers excellence, never leaving guests feeling cooped up. While I frequently choose this hotel for personal weekend breaks with my wife, my most recent stay was for business. I was visiting London to conduct critical work with the FDA Trade Union and the Civil Service. Once again, the hotel proved it is simply soaring above the competition. Premier Comfort and Prime Location: From a functional standpoint, the hotel is perfectly appointed. The beds are exceptional—truly the most comfortable available in the hospitality market—allowing guests to safely nest for an uninterrupted, great night's sleep. Location-wise, the property is highly strategic. It sits just a two-minute walk from Wembley Park Station, a vital hub for the Jubilee Line that connects you straight to central London in two shakes of a lamb's tail—or rather, a bird's wing. Hospitality Elevated -Recognition for Julia and Maitri: What elevates this company and staff from a great hotel to an elite one is its human capital. Front Desk team members Julia and Maitri are absolute standouts who truly flew to our rescue. Upon my arrival, they immediately went out of their way to provide tailored local dining recommendations. They then proactively followed up with me later to ensure my experience was perfect. This level of relationship-building is a rare gold standard in hospitality. A Masterclass in Compassion - The Rescue of 'Buckley': The true testament to their exceptional calibre occurred during an unexpected emergency. After rescuing a vulnerable baby bird that was being mistreated by youths nearby, I returned to the lobby seeking urgent assistance. What followed was a coordinated masterpiece of customer service that was absolutely cheep at the price. Faced with a highly unusual situation, Julia and Maitri remained completely unflappable, showing they are not easily ruffled. They seamlessly multi-tasked: checking in a busy queue of arriving guests while simultaneously helping me navigate a wildlife rescue network. They utilised their deep local knowledge to research animal welfare groups, tracked down a specialist carer, and even coordinated my transport logistics by booking a return Uber to secure the bird's safety. This joint effort took a couple of hours of dedicated teamwork. Thanks to their help, the baby goldfinch chick, whom we fondly named 'Buckley' (after Alan Buckley, the legendary Grimsby Town Double Winning Wembley Manager), was successfully placed into expert care. For a goldfinch, it was the perfect finch-line to a dramatic story, and it was wonderful to see a golden ending to the event. Final Verdict - Future Industry Leaders: Julia and Maitri are outstanding ambassadors for the Novotel brand. They possess the rare mix of emotional intelligence, rapid problem-solving, and grace under pressure that cannot be taught. They refused to take the easy bird-out of a tough situation. I strongly recommend that senior leadership fast-track both of these individuals onto a formal Management Training Programme. However for now I hope the Novotel Management will reward them in some way. I did offer to buy them drinks as a thank you, but humbly, they declined saying it was just their job. I therefor hope Management will give them some form of reward on behalf of the company. Thank you, Julia and Maitri, for turning a hectic situation into a talon-ted triumph!

“Perfect location for Wembley events!”

I stayed here with my 13 year old daughter for 2 x nights for the MCR concert. The location is PERFECT. 5 min walk up the main Wembley pathway - it was safe and easy. I stayed here with my 13 year old daughter for 2 x nights for the MCR concert. The location is PERFECT. 5 min walk up the main Wembley pathway - it was safe and easy. The bedroom was clean, spacious and had a great view of the stadium. The staff were excellent. Upon arrival we were greeted by 2 girls who were friendly, helpful and smiling. The bar staff were also very friendly and provided quick service. Best of all, they had fantastic working air con - the room was lovely and cool our entire stay during this heatwave. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a hotel in Wembley for a concert / event.

A brilliantly placed hotel for both the stadium and arena. Husband and daughter stayed when going to Alexisonfire concert at the arena (Harry Styles at the stadium same night). Great area, easy to get to from Waterloo and comfortable rooms with good air con (it was a red heat warning day). Plenty of nice places to sit and relax around reception. Would definitely use again.

Perfect location for the stadium. The hotel is only a few mins walk from the steps. Stayed in executive room for a family of 4. Teens slept on the sofa bed which they said was comfortable. The main bed was also comfortable but a lack of plug sockets next to the bed. Only one socket at the bedside. … more

Perfect location for the stadium. The hotel is only a few mins walk from the steps. Stayed in executive room for a family of 4. Teens slept on the sofa bed which they said was comfortable. The main bed was also comfortable but a lack of plug sockets next to the bed. Only one socket at the bedside. There were two sockets on the desk but only one worked. The bathroom doors are made of glass. Were it not for the location, this would be a reason for me not to book this hotel. The glass has a gap and the doors don’t have any magnetic closing so they gradually open. Not the most private bathroom! The shower was over the bath and water leaked on to the floor as the shower screen didn’t sit flush. Our room faced on to the main walkway to Wembley so it was good to people watch. Breakfast was mediocre. The sausages were quite poor snd the mushrooms were a little over done. Due to having a disability and struggling on my feet all day we asked if possible to have a later checkout and they allowed us to stay in the room until 1pm which was incredibly helpful. No parking at the hotel so we booked a driveway close by through just park. I would stay again for a concert etc
