“A great hotel.”
We spent 2 nights at the Lake Hotel, we were very pleased with the location and staff. From approaching the barrier to drive in we had our first happy experience and laugh with the lovely lady in the gatehouse. Andy showed us around the hotel, a really nice bloke. Superb hotel, lovely breakfast and fabulous sushi in hotel restaurant. Very comfortable room/bed.staff friendly and attentive, spa brilliant and a complimentary ride in their Bentley into bowness - perfect weekend stay - highly recommend, mark

“Disappointed to say the least,”
Spent three days there first week in July, after reading the reviews we were excited for our stay, hotel is very clean good and stall were fabulous the spa was a nice addition also, on the down side, shower was very small and a lot of black mould on walls and the shower head, no sanitary bin in bat… more
