“Highly recommended”
We stayed for four nights, the Hotel is very clean and enjoys a fantastic view over Windermere the rooms are very comfortable. we had a full English breakfast each day and the food was cooked to order and was excellent, try the local source sausage.👍 Best thing about our stay was the staff! “Very disappointing”
We have visited this hotel for years and loved every visit. However can’t say the same now. The food in the restaurant was well below par and not worth the money. Over priced bottles of wine. The room was nice but in need of updating and repairs. The windows were black on the sash windows… more

“Birthday weekend”
The cleaner didn’t change the dirty bed sheets or take the dirty cups. Water provided in the room only first day
