“Ticked all my boxes!”
Attractive room, clean, comfortable bed and spacious. We had breakfast which was worth having there. Staff were warm, helpful and personable. Our stay met all our expectations and I would be happy to visit again.

“Perfect base for York city trip”
Fantastic stay!! We stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter holidays and what a charming little hotel. Fantastic customer service and a warm welcome, we arrived before check in but they didn't mind us leaving the car in the car park and heading into the city before we checked in. “A superb b&b stay”
Location was about a 10 min walk into York city centre. A very relaxed break. Our room on the ground floor was so spacious and very comfortable, with a fabulous huge ensuite. “Fabulous stay”
Room was very clean and comfortable, location is fabulous, an easy walk to the Minster. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentyfull. Michal and Jorge were so warm, welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay......
