“Good food and drink, excellent atmosphere and roomy outdoor spaces”
Visited here after an interval of 16 years! Still as it was... a beautiful traditional pub serving very good food and a good range of beers. “Great food and excellent tour!”
We were supposed to stay at Guy Fawkes Inn but were moved to Hotel Clementine which was fine. We did eat at Guy Fawkes Inn and the food was great. We also took the tour . “Odd atmosphere”
It was a little odd, they are playing on the history of Guy Fawkes, yet the entire meal they were playing a mixture of Madonna and Michael Jackson only, which made for a confusing atmosphere. The pie was great but the chips were pretty gross due to being undercooked.
